Save the Men
Project for Prostate Cancer awareness
In the end of 2011 had started the project dedicated to help patients with Prostate Cancer in Lithuania.
The Challenge
If prostate Cancer in big cities is usually diagnosed in early stages, this is the opposite case in small cities, where just 5-20% patients are diagnosed in early stages.
In order to help diagnose Prostate Cancer in early stages and save lives, there had been started the project under the name of SAVE MEN.
The Project
The initiators of this project was Lithuanian Prostate Cancer Patients Society and Lithuanian Public Health Buro Association together with Lithuanian Urologists Society.
Ipsen has joined to support this project and became one of main sponsors to help Men Save Lives.
